Use AND between two or more terms to find materials with all the concepts. Searching for erosion AND climate change will only include books that have both global warming and atmosphere in their contents.
|global warming OR climate change
Use OR between similar concepts. Searching for global warming OR climate change will find books that refer to either term.
Use quotation marks ( " " ) around specific phrases such as "sedimentary rocks" to find the words in that specific order.
Use an asterisk ( * ) to find multiple versions of one word. Using fossil* as a search term will include results that refer to fossil, fossils, fossilization, and fossilized.

...Write down the book's Call Number. The call number is basically the book's address, and is what you will use to find the book on the shelf.
