Library Catalog Search Tips

Search tips for using the Library Catalog to find books:

1. Type in a topic.  For example:

       college student orientation
       college students AND time management
       stress management

2. Use filters on your list of results.

When You Find a Book in the Library Catalog...

Write down its call number (the book's address).
The call number is the combination of letters and numbers you'll see in the "Locations" information.  

You will use the call number to find the book on the shelf.
