Group Study Rooms

Reserve a Woodbridge Group Study Room Online

Group Study Room

Woodbridge Campus Library has 5 group study rooms available to all NOVA students for up to 3 hours.  Each room provides cable connections for laptop display on LCD screens.  We can accommodate groups of up to 10 students in the largest room.

Checking in:

§  Reservations prefered, walk-ins accepted.

§  NOVACard required for check-in at front desk.  If online reservation was made, person who made reservation must check in.

§  Groups of 2 or more.  Individuals may not check out rooms.  Try the quiet study room instead.

Checking out:

§ After leaving room, see front desk (very important).

Rules for Use:

§  Please keep noise level reasonable and door closed.  Rooms are not soundproof.

§  The Library is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Keep track of belongings.

§  Rooms must be left clean and undamaged.

Quiet Study Room

Woodbridge Campus Library has a quiet study space available for students looking for a silent place to work.  The library is a collaborative learning environment, and the main floor may get noisy at times.  The quite study space is meant for those who want to work in a completely silent environment.  The 11 desks are equipped with power outlets.

Policies:

§  Quiet study only.

§  The Library is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Keep track of belongings.

§  Room must be left clean and undamaged.
