- Manning v. U.S. Department of Justice, 234 F.Supp.3d 26 (2017)Requester, a former private first-class in the Army, sought review under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) of the Department of Justice's (DOJ) and the FBI's denial of request for records related to the investigation into requester's on-line disclosures of classified and confidential information, for which requester was convicted by a military judge in a court-martial.
