The title has now been added to the reading list, but the specific reserve items need to have their location and loan policy adjusted for them to be on reserve. This can be done one of two ways:
1) Click the ellipses next to the citation, and select "Items." Locate the item you are working on from the list and click the ellipses. Click "Edit." Under Temporary Item Location, change the following information
Item is in temporary location: Yes
Temporary location: choose your campus's reserves location
Temporary call number: course code (ex. ENG 250)
Temporary item policy: desired item policy
Click Save.
2) After adding the title as a citation, navigate to Scan In Items and choose Change Item Information. Change the following information:
Change type: Temporary
Location: choose your campus's reserves location
Call number: course code (ex. ENG 250)
Item policy: desired item policy
Scan item's barcode, and repeat for any other copies.
1. Navigate to the reading list that houses the citation you wish to edit (Fulfillment > Course Reserves > Reading Lists > choose course from list/search).
2. With the reading list open, locate the citation and click Edit. Note that these edits will not affect what is shown in Primo, as those are item records.
3. Click Save.
1. Navigate to the reading list that houses the citation you wish to edit (Fulfillment > Course Reserves > Reading Lists > choose course from list/search).
2. Confirm that any campus-created items for this item have been withdrawn and that any catalogued items have had their locations restored to circulating. The citation should look like the screenshot below, with no green circle or number next to Physical or Electronic:
NOTE: If this item was put on reserve from the circulating collection, you will simply restore the item's location and loan policy, then remove the citation - cataloged items will still show as items in your citation, which is ok!
3. Click the ellipses next to the citation and select Remove.
4. Click Confirm on the confirmation message.
