Introduction to Evaluating Sources

Evaluating online sources can be tricky! Luckily there are several methods you can use to help you judge if a source is trustworthy and a good fit for your needs.  On this page, you will find three different methods you can use to evaluate sources. Each method provides a helpful framework, so choose the one that works best for you, and you feel most comfortable using.  If you have questions about a specific source, remember librarians are available around the clock to help.
