Search Tips

Search for books on your topic in the library catalog. Please note that you do not need to read the entire book or eBook. Browse the table of contents to locate a chapter on your topic or use the index in the back of the book to see what pages discuss your topic.

Suggested Keywords:

  • free college tuition OR tuition-free college
  • free community college
  • college costs
  • student loans
  • college affordability

eBooks are accessible through the library catalog. To limit your search results to eBooks, in your search results screen, look for the "Availability" filter and select "Full Text Online". Within the eBook record, click on the 'Full-text available' link to view the eBook. Log-in with your MyNOVA username and password when prompted.
