General Electronic Resource Guidelines

Electronic resources available from the Libraries' website are licensed by Northern Virginia Community College Libraries for non-commercial use by authorized users for educational or research purposes.

The use of electronic resources is subject to copyright law and license agreements that govern the access, use, and reproduction of material from these resources. If these terms are violated, a license can be temporarily or permanently revoked. It is very important for all library patrons to abide by the terms of copyright law and license agreements to ensure that the entire college community has access to electronic resources without interruption.
