Accessing Library Resources and Services Online

When you click on a link to one of our electronic resources (articles, eBooks, streaming video, etc.) and you are off-campus, you should see a "Virginia Community College" secure login screen. Enter your current MyNOVA/Canvas login information to be authenticated and redirected to the resource you are trying to access. (Tip: if you use NOVA's VPN, log off before clicking a library link)

This link takes you to Academic Search Complete, where you can search for peer reviewed articles and more.

Link to the library's "Find journal by title" tool, where you search for the journal then drill down until you find a specific article.

(1) Search the library catalog as usual (2) In your search results screen, look for the "Availability" filter. (3) Select "Full Text Online".
