Troubleshooting

I am trying to access a library resource, I have logged in, but I am still not able to get access. What should I do?

  • Try a different browser – for example, if Chrome shows errors, try Firefox or Safari.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Disable any ad-blockers or other browser extensions that may disrupt authentication.
  • Check that you have cookies enabled.
  • If you are using a link, go directly through the library website (catalog, AtoZ list), manually find the resource, and try to access it.
