1. Navigate to Manage Patron Services (Fulfillment > Checkout/Check In > Manage Patron Services).
2. Search for the patron by entering their myNOVA username or EMPLID. Select the patron and click Go.
3. Patron information shows. Click the linked patron name to view user details.
4. Alma defaults to the General Information tab, with includes expiration/purge dates. Click "Open for Update" in upper right to edit the dates.
5. Click Yes to the pop-up.
6. Within the General Information tab, update the expiration and purge dates:
Students & Faculty/Staff | Expiration date: end of next semester | Purge date: 1 year from new expiration date |
Community Patron | Expiration date: 1 year from today's date | Purge date: 1 year from new expiration date |
7. Click Save.
