Edit Call Number in Brief Record
This process allows you to edit the call number in an existing brief record.
Required Roles: Physical Inventory Operator AND Physical Inventory Operator Extended
1. From Fulfillment, select 'Scan In Items'.
2. Select the 'Change Item Information' tab.
3. Make the changes to the "yellow" fields as shown below for circulating/normal. Other choices are available.
4. Type in the correct/edited call number.
5. Scan the item barcode.
6. A list populates at the bottom of the screen. If you have several to do, just change the call number and barcode. The "yellow" selections stay.
7. To view the Alma record, scan in the barcode. The record shows the new call number.
8. The call number will also show in Primo.
