If a resource is no longer needed by a patron, their hold request can be cancelled.
Required Role: Requests Operator
1. Locate the request from the Pickup Requested Resources
2. Click Cancel Request.
3. Select the Cancellation reason from the drop-down box.
4. Add a cancellation note if needed - anything here will show in the patron's email.
5. The Notify user box is checked by default - if unchecked, no email is sent.
6. Click Confirm.
