DRAFT Alma Tips: Withdraw Campus-created or Catalogued Items

 

LTS withdraws items on a weekly basis. To indicate items you would like withdrawn, move them to the "Withdraw" location at your campus by following the instructions below. Changing the location will also automatically suppress the record so that it will not be findable in Primo. 

 

Required Roles: Circulation Desk Operator or Manager OR Circulation Desk Operator – Limited (student worker) AND Requests Operator.

Withdraw Items

1. Navigate to Scan In Items and click on the Change Item Information tab. 

2. Fill out the following boxes:

  • Change type: Permanent 
  • Location: Withdraw
  • Item Policy: Not for Loan
  • Check requests box: Checked

3. Scan items in the Scan Item Barcode field.
