Required Roles: Circulation Desk Operator or Manager OR Circulation Desk Operator – Limited (student workers)
1. Navigate to Return Items (Fulfillment > Checkout/Checkin > Return Items).
2. Scan the item barcode.
3. The item description is displayed. To return additional items for the same patron, click on Manage Patron Services under the patron's name.
4. Within the patron's service account, click on Returns. Then, click in to Scan Item Barcode and scan in the additional items to return for the patron. (Be sure to not scan while in the Loans tab, as this will renew the item, not return it.)
5. Click done when finished.
